Individual Subscription Terms of Service
The exclusive purpose of this Agreement is to set forth and outline the terms and conditions under which the VIA Institute on Character (VIA) will provide services to the client.
Client: User purchasing subscription services from VIA for use within its Hub24 platform

Title of Service: Thriving Learning Communities™ (TLC): Curriculum & Resources Only - Accessed Through Online Platform, Hub24, as Outlined Below
Scope: Hub24 access will be provided for the number of users with qualifying subscriptions.
Digital Curriculum Resources
Access will be provided to the TLC Digital Curriculum for the number of individuals denoted in the chart above.
In addition, the following services are included with the subscription:
- Ready to-go scope and sequenced curriculum.
- Effective strategies and embedded resources to cultivate an equitable and strength-based classroom.
- Additional content delivered to users’ inboxes addressing current events, special occasions, and additional resources to support staff meetings, lesson extensions, and family engagement.
- Unlimited access to the TLC library of tools, including character strength videos, Kahoot games, social media posts, family engagement activities, and meeting starters.
Professional Learning
Full staff access to introductory TLC courses through an online platform, including.
Access to Online Support
Access for staff to an online platform that includes:
- Customer support from VIA expert staff
Materials and Resources to be Provided by VIA Institute on Character:
VIA will:
- Provide access to online platform including digital curriculum and support resources
Terms and Conditions:
Annual Subscription: By purchasing an Annual Hub24 Curriculum Subscription, you agree to pre-pay for 365 days of service. The service fees paid are non-refundable and non-transferable to another individual or entity.
VIA reserves the right to make exceptions for refunds and transfers of account ownership at their discretion.
This service agreement begins on the day of purchase and continues in effect through the expiration of the user’s account. Payment must be received to activate the subscription.
A user must register their paid accounts within 30 days of payment and receipt of an invitation to the platform or forfeit their right to register on the platform without a refund.
Invitations to the platform will come from noreply@hub24.org and may end up in your Junk/Spam Folder. We are not liable for missed invitations.

VIA reserves the right to terminate service to users that violate our Hub24 Terms of Service, available to read at https://learn.hub24.org/pages/hub24-terms-of-service.
VIA reserves the right to end access and operation of the Hub24 platform and TLC services at any time with a notice of 30 days.
